from the initial job briefing to making a successful hire. Our promise to you is that we work at speed without sacrificing quality, we will never give up and we will keep you informed and updated every step of the way.
With our expertise, use of cutting-edge technology and commitment to finding you excellent fits for your organisation, we endeavor to ensure all of your hires work out. If a hire doesn’t work out, we offer a 12-week replacement guarantee on all permanent placements. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 12 weeks, and certain conditions are met, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 4 weeks, you will receive a partial refund.
Our permanent recruitment fees are typically based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. The exact percentage can vary depending on the seniority of the role, but it generally ranges from 15-25% of the annual salary. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote based on your specific hiring needs.
