Our permanent recruitment process involves a thorough screening of candidates, including resume review, interviews, and reference checks. We work closely with you to understand your specific hiring needs and match you with the best-fit candidates.

At Azmi Talent Solutions, we provide a comprehensive range of recruitment services, including permanent, executive, and contract staffing solutions for Finance, Banking, Insurance, Tech. and Design roles. We also offer candidate screening, skills assessments, and market analysis to ensure you find the right fit for your team.

Depending on the service you avail of our fee structure is varied. Our permanent recruitment fees are typically based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. For our contract recruitment services, we charge an hourly or daily rate for the contract professional(s). Our executive recruitment fees are typically structured as a flat retainer, which is due in
instalments throughout the search process. The exact fee can vary depending on the seniority of the role and the complexity of the search. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote based on your specific hiring needs.

At Azmi Talent Solutions we believe in data. We start our search by examining our Business Intelligence tools so we understand what is happening in the market in real time. This data is then used to optimise our search. We utilise various sourcing methods to find the best candidates, both passive and active, including online job boards, social media platforms, boolean searches, candidate outreach, networking, referrals and our extensive database of pre-screened candidates. 

The timeline can vary depending on factors like the role, your requirements, and the availability of qualified candidates. On average, our recruitment process takes 4-8 weeks
from the initial job briefing to making a successful hire. Our promise is that we will never give up until we find you the perfect candidate.

Absolutely! Azmi Talent Solutions has a dedicated team experienced in executive search and headhunting. We understand the nuances of senior-level recruitment and employ a tailored approach to meet your specific requirements.

With our expertise, use of cutting-edge technology and commitment to finding you excellent fits for your organisation, we endeavor to ensure all of your hires work out. If a hire doesn’t work out, we offer a 12-week replacement guarantee on all permanent placements. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 12 weeks, and certain conditions are met, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If we cannot find a suitable replacement within 4 weeks, you will receive a partial refund.

We have a rigorous screening process for all our candidates, including skills assessments, interviews, and reference checks. We also maintain an extensive database of pre-vetted, experienced professionals across various industries.
